Pregnancy Yoga is a great preparation for birth.
Not only it helps the body to get ready and softer; not only you get to understand what is ahead of you and how you can best prepare; but it is also a great opportunity to meet other women in the same condition and exchange experiences (and why not build friendships!). I would recommend this course additionally to the birth classes given at the hospital as they serve different purposes.

Frederique is very qualified, listens carefully to each individual case and adapts accordingly where necessary. She professionally explains you the different birth options you have without pushing or judging you.
She also offers the posibility to do a partner workshop. This is a fantastic opportunity for your birth partner to understand what to do, as his support is extremely important if not vital! My husband as well as friends who did it with Frederique found this preparation extremely useful. They realized they can (have to!;-) ) actually contribute to the birth! Even if then during the delivery you don't apply all you've learned, you will know the basics and go from there!

Last but not least, it is also important to do post-natal exercises to help the body "get back to normal". Again I did these with Frederique and they were very useful as well.

Good Luck to you all!
